About Brynson

Brynson is a SaaS company modernizing how multifamily owners and operators manage listing accuracy, fee transparency, portfolio data, and digital performance.

Our platform, Brynsights™, brings together data and workflows that have traditionally lived across disconnected systems, websites, vendors, and manual processes. We combine software, automation, AI, and deep industry expertise to help multifamily teams work more accurately and efficiently at scale.

We are growing quickly, and our Client Success team supports both our SaaS platform and managed services business.

About the Role

We are hiring a Product Manager / Product Lead to join Brynson’s early product team and help shape what we build next.

You will work closely with our CEO, leadership team, customers, and the teams closest to them. You will take in strategic direction, customer feedback, market signals, and operational insight, then turn them into a clear understanding of the problem, the value of solving it, and the impact it will have on our customers and our business.

Once a direction is set, you will take it from concept to a fully defined product. We expect you to prototype quickly using AI-assisted tools, putting working versions in front of leadership and customers early so we can learn fast and make better decisions. You should be comfortable with the practical workflow behind building and deploying a prototype, not just describing one.

Most importantly, you will own the detail. Before anything reaches Engineering, you will have worked through the workflows, edge cases, data, states, and acceptance criteria so the team can build with confidence. And you will stay accountable through delivery, making sure what ships is what our customers actually need.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an AI-driven product manager who wants real ownership, direct access to leadership, and the chance to help define how product is built at Brynson as we grow.

What You’ll Do

Insight & Direction

  • Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to understand company strategy, priorities, and the reasoning behind them.
  • Build and maintain strong feedback loops with customers, Client Success, Sales, and internal teams.
  • Synthesize customer conversations, usage patterns, requests, and market signals into clearly defined problems and opportunities.
  • Evaluate opportunities based on customer value, business impact, effort, and strategic fit, and bring a clear, well-reasoned point of view to prioritization decisions.
  • Distinguish between what customers ask for and the underlying problem that needs to be solved.

Rapid Prototyping with AI

  • Use AI-assisted development tools to turn ideas into working, clickable prototypes in days rather than weeks.
  • Take a prototype from concept to a deployed, shareable version that leadership, customers, and internal teams can actually use.
  • Put early versions in front of users, gather feedback, and iterate quickly before committing engineering time.
  • Use prototypes to validate workflows, test assumptions, and align stakeholders around a concrete version of the solution.
  • Continuously improve how the team uses AI to move from idea to validated product faster.

Product Definition

  • Take approved initiatives and flesh them out in depth, from the overall user experience down to individual screens, states, and interactions.
  • Define user workflows, business rules, data requirements, permissions, edge cases, and error states.
  • Write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that leave Engineering with no ambiguity about what to build.
  • Work through the micro-level detail yourself so questions are answered before development begins, not during it.
  • Understand how our products connect to client systems, data sources, and integrations, and account for those dependencies in every plan.

Delivery Ownership

  • Own delivery from handoff through launch, partnering closely with Engineering on scope, sequencing, trade-offs, and timelines.
  • Stay close to the build, answer questions quickly, and make sound decisions when new information emerges.
  • Review and validate work before release to confirm it meets requirements and delivers the intended experience.
  • Coordinate launches with Client Success, Sales, and Marketing so customers understand what changed and why it matters.
  • Measure outcomes after release and use what you learn to inform what comes next.

Building the Product Function

  • Help establish the processes, documentation, and rhythms behind how Brynson discovers, defines, and delivers product.
  • Create a clear source of truth for roadmap, priorities, requirements, and product decisions.
  • Bring structure to ambiguous situations without adding unnecessary process.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, with a track record of shipping products customers rely on.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to build and iterate on prototypes, with examples of working prototypes you personally created.
  • Familiarity with the technical workflow behind building and deploying a web prototype, including tools such as Git, hosting and deployment platforms, and AI coding assistants.
  • Exceptional attention to detail. You are comfortable working at the level of individual states, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong product judgment and the ability to weigh customer value, business impact, and effort to make clear recommendations.
  • Experience working directly with customers and turning feedback into well-defined problems and requirements.
  • Experience working closely with Engineering and owning delivery through launch.
  • Strong technical and data fluency, including comfort with APIs, integrations, structured data, and system workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex decisions clearly to executives, customers, and engineers.
  • Experience operating in an early-stage or high-growth environment where priorities, processes, and roles continue to evolve.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in proptech, multifamily, real estate, or compliance technology.
  • Background in design, engineering, or data before moving into product.
  • Experience as one of the first product hires, building the product function from the ground up.

You’ll Love This Role If

  • You would rather show a working prototype than present a slide describing one.
  • You enjoy moving between a strategic conversation with leadership and the finest details of a single workflow.
  • You see AI as a fundamental change in how products get built, and you want to work somewhere that embraces it.
  • You take ownership of outcomes, not just documents, and stay involved until the product is in customers’ hands.
  • You want to join a product team early, with the influence and responsibility that comes with it.
  • You thrive working in person, in close collaboration with a fast-moving leadership team.
